Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, so I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is allowed once. After that, a new appointment must be booked and a new booking fee will be required.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made the same day as your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

NO CALL / NO SHOWS

If you fail to call, text, or cancel and simply do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required on file for all appointments. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or make changes. If proper notice is not given, your card will be charged at least 50% of the scheduled service. No call/no shows and same day cancellations will be charged
